These are chewy and sweet and a nightly treat for me before bed. Ideally it’s suggested that you take them an hour before bedtime. I take them before getting in bed and then unwind with my phone (not ideal, I know.) Despite my poor habits, they seem to be working for me and I have no morning grogginess or lethargy.
I like this magnesium variation. I've tried others, and some seem to have me running to the bathroom, while others do not. This is one that doesn't have that effect on me, so I'm happy with it. You can't go wrong making sure you have sufficient magnesium intake, and I'm sure I don't get quite enough from my daily diet.Each pill in the bottle is 200mg. You can space them out if you want to take 400mg daily, just to help make sure you don't have any stomach trouble.

I’ve been using this product for a month. I think my memory is a little better! I still walk into a room and don’t know why I went in there, but remember as soon as I go back to what I was doing. I think that’s just human nature when you’re not concentrating. I do feel it’s helped.
My recall was becoming really difficult. The price was good because of what’s in it. I’m not disappointed.
